ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR FACTORY

- Managing all Tasks Related to Travel (Internal and International).
- Responsible of all foreigners’ visits includes (Invitation letters – flight tickets – accommodation – logistic transportations – leisure trips)
- Handling all travel requests includes (Visa arrangements – accommodation – transportation – flight tickets – approvals)
- Managing all hotels and agencies for communications, requests, complaints, and payments also reaching an agreement for a corporate deal with the best rates.
- Supervising and managing all Factory related Admin tasks.
- Coordinating company vendors and Enhance Service Provided.
- Leading the House keeping for the hard work includes daily following up and Gemba walk
- Organization Development
- Fleet Managing includes creation of Route lines, Handling complaints, and quick solutions.
- Managing catering requests, complaints, and improvements.
- Follow up on feedback and receive any complaints about facilities and services.
- Closing the monthly invoices for all service providers ion time with the financial tools and Apps
- Managing all administration procurement.
- Service providers Tendering, Contract renewals, and onboarding.
- Managing Admin Team in Factory (Executive – Office boys)
- Manage the team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.

5-7 years of experience, preferably in factories or hospitality
very good English is a must
enthusiam and professionalism are key to this position
