Area Sales Manager
SEB PROFESSIONAL UK is the supplier of high-quality, professional coffee machines (B2B) for the WMF, Schaerer, and Curtis brands. From our offices and showroom in Uxbridge, around 160 employees, including 99 service technicians, are responsible for sales and service to hospitality businesses, government institutions, offices, gas stations, and private companies.
Our growing company is part of Groupe SEB: the world's largest manufacturer of personal care, household appliances, and cookware, headquartered in Lyon, France.
What we will achieve together :
- To develop and implement sales strategy in line with your Manager, delivering company goals to achieve greater brand awareness and increased market share within the Roaster and distribution channels
- Deliver strong leadership and support to the sales Distribution Team
- To set clear sales objectives and goals across your team, including sales targets and assisting with budget preparation requirements
- Maximising work relationships with Key customers and business partners
- Good communication & cooperative work style with all other internal departments
- Review KPI’s in order to drive the team to achieve targets set out by the department
- Account Management of Key Accounts
- Reporting to the business, forecasting and planning within Department and allocated
accounts - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively
identify potential threats and opportunities - To support and assist with all relevant events and exhibitions that the company participate
Bring your competencies :
- Sales Leadership experience within the B2B industry
- A hands on approach
- Manage a team by effectively assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies, through carrying out regular 1-2-1 meetings and Team meetings
- Able to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to show Initiative, motivation and focus to be able to communicate effectively
- Professional and corporate conduct and mannerism at all times
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to be flexible and dynamic with workload and tasks
- Clear and demonstrable record of commercial achievements
- Good systems knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
