Contribute to our development:
As a part of the Group Purchasing performance and development team, in a multi-functional interface role, your aim is to support purchasing in their operations by defining standards, governance framework and managing processes.
This role is also key contributor in project phase to bring expertise and ensure alignment between needs, practices and the P2P process.
Your main missions are :
- Create processes and develop operational procedures, design documents and prepare guidelines related to Purchasing To Pay (P2P) activities
- Publish policies and procedures and implement them within the group
- Drive and manage a continually updated process
The role is core in ensuring application of P2P Processes and alignment of the Groupe SEB Internal control Manual and its use.
You are also responsible to report and follow-up P2P process within standards with Internal Audit Department and external third party (ISO certification).
Bring your skills :
Master degree or equivalent with 10 years of experience in purchasing in an international organization.
Previous experiences of purchasing operations such as Direct or Indirect category, new product development project or Indirect project, supplier management and a good knowledge of purchasing/IT tools are required.
With a good ability to work for transversal project management, your skills to influence stakeholders and cultivate an internal network are assets to succeed in this role. You are capable of taking initiatives and driving projects forward independently.
Additionally, you are committed to ensuring process quality through meticulous measurement and evaluation of results.
With a keen purchasing acumen, you are skilled at navigating procurement processes effectively and securing favorable terms for the organization.
Comfortable in complex organizations charts, you thrive in dynamic environments where adaptability and agility are fundamental.
Fluent in English & French
