PROFILE:
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Years Experience – 1 year plus customer service experience
- Education Experience – Post Secondary required
- Very good communicator, able to maintain a calm and professional manner in difficult consumer situations.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- Able to work in a team environment to support and strive for continuous improvement
- Organized, and able to monitor and track situations.
- Prior experience in a call center is not a requirement, however, is favorable
- Knowledge of SAP is favorable, however not a requirement
- Knowledge of Salesforce is favorable, however not a requirement
