PROFILE:

 

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Years Experience – 1 year  plus customer service experience
  • Education Experience – Post Secondary required
  • Very good communicator, able to maintain a calm and professional manner in difficult consumer situations.
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and French (written and oral)
  • Able to work in a team environment to support and strive for continuous improvement
  • Organized, and able to monitor and track situations.
  • Prior experience in a call center is not a requirement, however, is favorable
  • Knowledge of SAP is favorable, however not a requirement
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is favorable, however not a requirement
