PROFILE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Strong oral communications skills and tone of voice (articulate, pleasant, friendly).
- Handles inbound consumer service phone calls.
- Problem resolution skills (ability to work independently to solve consumer issues based on experience and job knowledge).
