Background & Purpose of the Job:

As the Content Manager for our premium brands, you will be responsible for briefing, executing, and delivering creative content across multiple consumer-facing platforms. In addition to production and deployment, the Content Manager will be expected to help shape and optimize overall brand strategy by sharing relevant creative insights and trends.  

This role is based in Parsippany, NJ, and is hybrid. 

 

 

Who You Are & What You’ll Do:

  • Implement and improve on brand content strategy to support brands’ communication and commercial vision and market positioning
  • QA content to ensure the highest quality standard that complies with brand equity and visual expression guidelines
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for product team(s) and agencies to generate new ideas and strategies for brand storytelling that resonate with target audiences
  • Own the content production lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our broader communication strategy per brand
  • Collaborate with community management and communication teams to incorporate consumer insights into creative concepts, ensuring alignment with consumer expectations and market trends
  • Regularly report on content and production performance metrics, using data to optimize future creative strategies and campaigns

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of content management or similar experience in a luxury or premium brand environment, with significant responsibility for content production and creative strategy (agency experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative initiatives and develop strategic content plans
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and production skills, with a keen strategic mind for creating compelling brand stories
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a creative and production team
  • Profound understanding of digital marketing, content distribution channels, and production technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
