As online shopping dominates consumer preferences, we are driving a strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) ambition.
Join us for this mission reporting to the Greater Europe DTC supply chain manager.
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain through the following key missions focused on excellence for customers and consumers:
Upstream Activities
- Inventory Management & quality
- Ensure and monitor stock consistency between ERP (3PL and Group SEB)
- Monitor stock level and SLOB risks, propose and implement solutions to optimize inventory, and return to primary warehouses the good stock if needed.
- Adjust Inventory devaluation according to SLOBS solutions.
- Ensure budget exercise for OCOS cost.
- Calculate the monthly stock projection for the full year.
- Stock availability:
- Monitor & communicate OOS rate and D2C projected stock equation and propose appropriate solutions on the potential Supply risks in collaboration with S&OP
- Ensure deliveries to the D2C warehouse are prioritized by sourcing warehouses. Follow-up on delivery execution
- Elaborate business stock management rules between Brand.com & Marketplaces
- Continuous improvement
- Improve our follow-up of supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, projected stock cover, Out of stock rate, stock level and SLOB) and perform analysis and propose and implement action plans for improvement
Downstream Activities
- Carriers’ animation and Delivery performance:
- Follow up daily on Carriers SLAs, coordinate issue resolution across teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery performance, including lead time, carrier SLAs, and customer delivery satisfaction. Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvement plans.
- Steer carrier governance and performance rituals, including daily SLA follow-up, weekly operational reviews, and monthly steering committees with carriers and procurement.
- Ensure financial and operational consistency, including reconciliation between carrier billing and operational activity.
- Reverse logistic management :
- Execute the process of reverse logistics. Anticipate capability in adequation with D2C growth plan
- Follow the return rate and perform analysis to reduce it.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and support projects related to carriers and reverse logistics, in line with the EU D2C Supply Chain roadmap (ex: new carrier implementation, evolution of refurbishment flow, etc).
Bring your competencies :
Holder of a Master’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain roles :
- You are rigorous with excellent analytical skills.
- Your curiosity and effective communication skills set you apart.
- You are familiar with SAP, Excel, and BI tools
- You have a good knowledge in supply chain FMCG (inventory management, distribution, KPIs, IT supply chain tools…)
- You are able to work in a fast-growing and transforming environment
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential due to the international scope of the job.
