PROFILE:
- High School or Post-Secondary education (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or sales administration
- Very good communicator, able to maintain a calm and professional manner in stressful situations
- Strong Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of SAP is favorable, however not a requirement
