PROFILE:


  • 1-3 years’ of experience in customer service and financial reconciliation; within e-commerce and/or direct to consumer industry
  • Ability to process high volume work load within deadlines
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyze information
  • Effective verbal and written communication with exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Experience in dispute resolution preferred
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of Magento Platform & SAP is a plus.
