DEDUCTIONS SUPERVISOR- Sales

PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales deductions, rebates, coop, pricing and promotions
- Previous experience of team Management
- Strong Finance background to understand accounting rules for sales deductions of promotions
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, charts, linking spreadsheets, macros, etc)
- Proficiency in using SAP is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills - must have accurate reporting measures
- Ability to work cross-functionally & transversely across the organization
