PROFILE:

 

  • Responsible for content creation/deployment for all customers/clients of Groupe SEB across the T-fal, Lagostina, All-Clad and Lagostina brands
  • Working closely with the Sales teams to understand the retailers’ content requirements and their respective systems to deploy content to their site
  • Leverage web monitoring tool (Profitero) to identify content gaps and resolve them quickly
  • Utilizing internal PIM/DAM Systems (Salsify) to access, modify and update content as required for customers’ needs and new launches.
  • Work with sales and product teams as well as outside creative agencies to develop and maintain best-in-class Amazon A+ pages for Cookware
  • Generate reports/scorecards from Profitero to track progress and update internal/external stakeholders
  • Facilitate the sharing of content internally across brands and markets and externally with key retail partners
  • Managing multiple projects at one time and able to shift workload given changes in business needs
  • Knowledgable in retailer CMS systems including Amazon Vendor Central & Webcollage
  • Presenting best-in-class content learnings seen in the market
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Communications
  • Prior experience working with a digital marketing or ecommerce team with experience in web content development
  • Ability to learn and manage Content Management Systems (Salsify, Syndigo, internal PIM/DAM)
  • Prior experience deploying content across retailer systems (Amazon Vendor Central, Webcollage) a plus
  • Keen eye for developing content that will set products apart on the digital shelf (strong copy writing & design)
  • Solid general understanding of digital technology including infrastructure and softwares
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Dynamic personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrixed structures 
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and Microsoft Office
