PROFILE:
Execution of our Digital Marketing initiatives and the day-to-day liaison with our agency partners to implement best-in-class paid advertising media strategies, social media/influencer campaigns, and creative product content.
Paid Media
- Assist with the execution of Paid Advertising Campaigns across multiple channels. Proven experience working with Google Adwords/Shopping, Facebook Ads, and Analytics is essential.
- Day-to-day management and optimization of always-on campaigns, making recommendations on improving campaign performance, A/B testing.
- Track and monitor all advertising platforms and activities to drive continuous improvements and engagement through regular reporting and dashboards and sharing key learnings with the team regulary.
- Track and monitor PPC and Display activities to drive continuous improvements and engagement.
- Working alongside the Communications Manager to create and implement data-led strategies and feed learnings into existing and future campaigns.
Social Media
- Oversee our brands’ social presence and influencer campaigns through the creation of yearly and monthly content calendars.
- Developing innovative social media strategies to deliver high performing content that boosts audience sentiment and meets or exceeds organizational KPIs.
- Support with the creation of creative campaign content for each social platform, ensuring alignment with our product focuses and launches for the year.
- Report analytics on a monthly basis and translate insights into recommendations, strategies and tactics on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Youtube.
- Identifying gaps and future opportunities within social realm and stay up to date on trends, ecosystem changes and best practices to constantly improve our brands social presence.
Product Content Development
- Work in cohesion with product managers, communications team, as well as creative agencies to develop effective digital advertising and social assets that meet local market needs
- Work with Digital Content & CRM Manager and design agency to brief on new launch content needs for D2C site as well as digital campaign creative development.
- Ability to develop and launch new campaigns, whilst continuously optimizing and providing insights on campaign performance to the wider team
- Assist in the development and maintenance of content on Groupe SEB Canada branded websites, including T-fal, Lagostina, All-Clad, Rowenta and Krups, including landing pages, product description pages, and SEO-first content (This is not a web developer job)
- Collaborate with internal product teams and e-commerce team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Drive UX/UI and SEO strategy on brand sites to ensure a seamless consumer shopping journey
- Presenting best-in-class content learnings seen in the market through competitive analysis
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Communications
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing or ecommerce team with experience in web content development
- Proven understanding and experience with digital paid media planning and social media
- Working knowledge of GMP (Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager & GA360) would be desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Dynamic personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrixed structures
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to report on the results of their work and share key learnings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- A passion for all things digital marketing related and a curiosity to learn and keep on top of new trends
