Director, Human Resources

- Experience – 10+ years of demonstrated progressively increasing levels of leadership experience. Must have experience directly managing a team with technical products.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or related.
- Key Skills – Ability to build positive relationships with employees, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment, working cross functional/ global collaboration and leading organizational transitions and implementing new HR initiatives effectively.
- Traits – Strong Leadership and Communication, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Problem Solving.
