Reporting to the Director of Talents, Organization, L&D and D&I, you will develop and lead the Group's D&I strategy to promote equity and respect for diversity, while ensuring the integration of these principles within the Group. You will also manage employee engagement programs.

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating governance bodies on the D&I scope (Strategic Committee and Operational Committee);
  • Drafting a D&I roadmap for the Group, with validation from the Executive Management & aligned with the Group's Values and HR Strategy;
  • Initiating short and medium-term projects, building them with various stakeholders, and leading their implementation;
  • Identifying, monitoring, and analyzing Group and local KPIs to measure proper adoption and progress in D&I;
  • Regularly engaging with key country contacts on these topics to strengthen the D&I culture, share best practices, and align actions with established strategies;
  • Leading mentoring and co-development groups and ensuring their creation and follow-up in collaboration with relevant HR teams;
  • Supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) teams in their training and skill development projects related to D&I;
  • Serving as the Group's liaison and spokesperson with external organizations (associations, thematic workshops, etc.);
  • Ensuring the creation, organization, and implementation of global employee engagement programs (e.g., Great Place to Work survey);
  • Being the point of contact for the deployment of the "Act for All" corporate program.

 

Bring your skills :

Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent experience, specializing in Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing/Communication, Sociology, Political Science, or any other relevant field, with significant experience (minimum 5 years) in Human Resources or managerial functions.

Recognized for your project management and change management skills, you have a good understanding of HR processes. Proficient in interview techniques and leading workgroups; ideally, you are trained in mentoring and co-development.

Possessing strong listening and communication skills, you can work in networks and unite teams. Your persuasive power and leadership enable you to influence, manage, and engage your internal and external stakeholders. You are comfortable operating in a multicultural environment.

Your analytical, synthesis, and rigorous skills allow you to build solid diagnostics and strategies in Diversity & Inclusion. You are proficient in performance indicators and the development of relevant dashboards for activity monitoring.

Fluency in English is required given the international scope of the role.
