What you can expect

  • Business Partner for the assigned functions in the DACH DTC Offline Business: Support in business-related issues, simulation calculations, sparring.
  • Sales, OPEX, and CAPEX controlling – in DTC Offline Controlling, we work on the complete P&L for the assigned area.
  • Developing business cases.
  • Coordination and execution of budget development and forecast creation: developing the budget with the business partners, systematic implementation and control, ongoing monitoring and forecasts throughout the year, root cause analysis in case of deviations, and proposing countermeasures.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including deviation analyses; optimization of reporting.
  • Creation of presentations.
  • Deep dives into topics as needed.
  • Participation in strategic planning for the DTC business.
  • Participation and management of projects within controlling.

What you need to succeed with us

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of relevant practical experience in the area of controlling.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Office), SAP knowledge (particularly SAP R/3 CO and FI) is advantageous.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
  • Result-oriented, self-reliant, and proactive working style with a strong commitment.
  • Team player with excellent social and communication skills.
  • Curiosity to understand processes and circumstances.
  •  Enthusiasm for optimizing processes and circumstances.
  • Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written.
