🔎 Contribute to our development
As EMEA IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and performance of IT Run Infrastructure Operations across the EMEA region (excl. France and DACH) Consumer market subsidiairies.
You will also hold global responsibility for coordinating the Regional IT Consumer Markets infrastructure community – fostering alignment, sharing best practices, and ensuring that local infrastructure needs are addressed consistently across geographies.
As Problem Manager for EMEA Consumer Markets, you will lead the resolution of major incidents, drive root cause analysis, and implement cross-functional corrective actions to protect service quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guarantee reliable IT Infrastructure & Operations for all EMEA Consumer entities (excl. FR and DACH), ensuring SLA adherence, rapid incident resolution, and effective coordination with local and global teams.
- Drive and lead Infrastruture projects within the EMEA Consumer entities supporting Cluster IT Managers for Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and IMEA entities (excluding GSEB France and GSEB DACH)
- Enforce robust operational infrastructure run governance for Consumer Market entities by overseeing change management, leading problem resolution efforts, and ensuring Global Infrastructure & Services standards are applied consistently.
- Ensure overall Regional Consumer IT I&O coordination providing global KPIs and service dashboards, enabling transparency, continuous improvement, and trust with Consumer Market business stakeholders.
- Provide support for major go-live operations and infrastructure changes with strong risk management and ensure post-go-live stability. Provide regular updates on service performance to the Consumer Markets IT leadership team and launch transversal service improvement initiatives across markets.
🧐 Bring your skillset
- More than 10 years experience as IT leader across infrastructure, service management, support activities, with the ability to operate across strategic, operational, and interpersonal dimensions.
- Experience in transformation program rollouts, including cloud, network, cybersecurity
- Cross-cultural team leadership experience, business acumen and diplomatic agility to navigate a regionally diverse environment is needed.
- The ability to influence, align, and deliver through both direct teams and central teams not under direct control is essential.
- Good communication skills, both upward to Group leadership and outward to regional stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required; French would be an asset in interfacing with global teams
Willingness to travel (25% of the time) is expected.
