SEB PROFESSIONAL UK is the supplier of high-quality, professional coffee machines (B2B) for the WMF, Schaerer, and Curtis brands. From our offices and showroom in Uxbridge, around 160 employees, including 99 service technicians, are responsible for sales and service to hospitality businesses, government institutions, offices, gas stations, and private companies.

What we will achieve together :

We are looking for Global Account Manager to join our SEB Professional Global Account Teams.
As a Global Account Manager, you are
-    Responsible for the Sales and profitability of your accounts across the World
-    In charge of the strategy of your portfolio, in the respect of the Commercial Policy and the Business Unit strategy
-    Leading and driving the markets on your account
-    Taking part of the Global negotiation with your colleagues and your manager (Head of Global Account)

 INFORMATION AND COORDINATION WITHIN SEB PROFESSIONAL    

 MAIN TASKS / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES    

  • Developing comprehensive knowledge and distributing it within SEB Professional about the assigned market segments and the associated global customers as well as the competition within these segments
  • Lead and drive the countries (GM & Sales teams) towards performance at their account.
  • Listen, gather and spread new global trends, general market changes, potential at customers and risks concerning GA and appropriately action plans.

ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT OF GLOBAL ACCOUNTS

MAIN TASKS / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the Key Account Plan (KAP) to develop business with the customer.
  • Set Joint Business Plan (JBP) with the customer with the appropriate action plans for growth.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling the business with GAs concerning sales prices, contracts, specifications, delivery conditions, and service matters (SLA) with trading and service partners
  • Develop sales with customer
  • Responsible for regular detailed reporting on the assigned GAs, including sales figures, tenders, disruptions
  • if Managing and developing existing customers is a key responsibility, developing opportunities with new potential customers is part of the scope.
  • Independent handling, including involving the responsible internal departments, of complaints.
  • Independent contact and travel planning within the budget
  • Independent negotiations, depending on significance, in aligned with management

  • Building across the world a “SEB way of working at Professional” to optimize our execution.

- Follow up and drive the business with the Markets to accelerate the sell out

  • Countries Action plan

- Build the KAP (Key Account Plan) to define and share the ambition of growth and profitability at Customer (and In House Share ambition)

- Follow and track on a Monthly basis the performance at Customer (Projects, tenders, TCO, Sales, SEB margin, …)

Main contacts and teamwork

As Global Account Manager, you are at the center of the company towards all SEB and Customer departments.
Your daily contacts are:
-    Customer Buyers
-    SEB Pro markets KAMs and GMs
-    SEB Pro customer service
-    BU Product Managers for product plan knowledge and alignment
-    SEB Pro controlling department for margin, provision.
-    SEB Pro Marketing to support the business.

Profile

  • You have completed 5 years’ higher education in Sales or Business Administration, and you have confirmed at least 10 years’ experience in sales in B2B or Consumer Goods Industry.
  • You have an effective communication and negotiation skill with aptitude in building relationship at all organizational levels and a good understanding of the channel structure, markets, and customers.
  • You have an ability to analyze results, identify and explain any variances from targets and to work under pressure and to drive change. 
  • You are known for your discipline and rigor. 
  • You are highly self-motivated with a strong ability to be pro-active and play a role in new business developments.
  • You have Leadership and Management competencies, you listen to the field, you motivate, you convince.
  • Your English is fluent due to international scope.
