Groupe SEB - Graduate Program FINANCE

Over the first 24 months, our Graduate Program will help you carry out 3 complementary assignments in 3 countries and will prepare you for positions that have a stronger impact on our organization.

By joining the Graduate program in finance, you will be able to follow a career path within our various finance teams, rotating through 3 positions in 2 years.

This program will enable you to acquire a solid basis in finance in terms of processes, organisation, hard skills and knowledge of the Group.

Following the Graduate Program in Finance, you will have the opportunity to take up a position in one of our Finance teams in France or abroad.

The Finance Function is responsible for providing to the internal and external stakeholders with reliable, accurate and complete information and analyses that enable a satisfactory understanding of operational, financial performance, and supports key business decisions.

 

YOUR MISSIONS:

§  Mission 1: Finance Project Manager - [october 2024 to September 2025] (Ecully - Lyon, France)

As a leader in our industry, we are committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our business operations. We believe in making a positive impact on society and the environment while ensuring long-term success for our stakeholders.

Based in our Headquarters, you will report to the VP, Finance Product & Innovation, in direct interaction with Business Units, Finance Transformation and Group’s Sustainable Development teams.


Supporting our ESG roadmap for 2024-2030, you will:

·         Contribute to the development and implementation of ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices and Groupe ESG roadmap.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ESG metrics and KPIs relevant to our business operations.

·         Establish data collection processes and systems to gather relevant ESG information from internal and external sources.

·         Analyze ESG data to track performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

·         Prepare and communicate ESG reports, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders.

 

As a finance project manager, you will be able to use your solid technical and analytical skills, as well as your strong financial foundations, to support the transformation challenges of our organisations.

§  Mission 2 : Industrial controller [October 2025 to March 2026] (Americas or Western Europe)

Building on the skills you acquired during your first experience, you will continue to develop your skills in one of our production sites. The location will be determined according to the Group’ strategic needs and goals.

As Industrial controller, reporting to the site's Controlling Manager, you will contribute to the performance analysis ensuring reliable and timely reporting, providing relevant information to the decision-makers

 

Your main tasks will be as follows:

·         Ensuring that management data is reliable and up-to-date (plans, budgets, achievements, etc.),

·         Carry out day-to-day monitoring of industrial performance,

·         Provide operational staff with relevant analyses,

§  Mission 3 : Business Analyst [April 2026 to September 2027] (Western Europe, Americas or Asia)

The final 6-month assignment is a real opportunity for you to consolidate your skills, acquire a cross-company vision of a Finance role.

As a Business Analyst, your role will consist in supporting the business of the market for a profitable growth through sales & margin analysis, allocation of resources, OPEX management.

You may be involved in various projects and have a closely collaboration with the local Sales and Marketing team.

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Graduated with a Finance master’s degree in a Business School or equivalent in 2022, 2023 or 2024

·         No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)

·         Previous study period or work experience outside your home-country

·         International mobility

·         Fluent in French and English, another language will be considered for the assignment outside France

·         Your autonomy, proactivity and ability to work transversally are your main strengths

·         Capacity to work in different cultural environment
