MANDOTORY REQUIREMENTS

·         Graduated with a master’s degree in engineering or supply chain or equivalent in 2023, 2024 or 2025

·         No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)

·         Previous study period or work experience outside your home-country

·         International mobility

·         Fluent in French & English, a third language will be considered as a plus

·         Your autonomy, proactivity and ability to work transversally are your main strengths

·         You are business oriented and have good skills of leveraging data for end users

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Step 1: Apply on our career website before April 25th, 2025

Step 2: If you meet the program criteria, you will be contacted for HR interview

Step 3: If you are among the candidates selected in the first round, you will be invited to attend a special Recruitment Day on May 22^th with your future managers and HR teams on our campus in Lyon.

Step 4: Applicants that are successful in the interviews and the Assessment Center will then be offered a position to join the Groupe SEB Graduate Program.

Step 5: Beginning of the Graduate Program: October 2025!
