What you need to succeed with us

  • Global Marketing Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with some experience in working in a global teams, at some stage in your career.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: Strong skills in creativity and strategy, driven by a passion for premium brands.
  • Market Insight: Solid knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and data analysis.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in tracking and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Leader: Proven experience in motivating teams and leading them effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
