Become our Head of Global Brand Management (m/f/d) at WMF and significantly shape the future of our premium brand with your vision and expertise. In this key role, you will unleash the full power of your expertise to lead our brand to success on the global stage.
Your mission:
- Strategic Expansion: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the WMF Premium brand presence internationally, focusing on markets outside the DACH region.
- Innovative Communications: Create pioneering communication packages that are consumer-focused, promoting our new product offerings and establishing premium standards on a global scale.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate with local markets to implement impactful marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Agency Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Lead coordination efforts among agencies and teams across various disciplines, demonstrating expertise in stakeholder management.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze and enhance our performance indicators to drive sustainable success and market growth.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a diverse, multicultural team, fostering an environment that maximizes potential and drives peak performance.
What you need to succeed with us
- Global Marketing Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with some experience in working in a global teams, at some stage in your career.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: Strong skills in creativity and strategy, driven by a passion for premium brands.
- Market Insight: Solid knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and data analysis.
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficient in tracking and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leader: Proven experience in motivating teams and leading them effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
