What you need to succeed with us

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting. 
• Proficient in administering Windows and Linux servers, network management, and IT security standards. 
• Demonstrated experience in client management and support, with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing and leading complex projects. 
• Capable of driving innovation and leading change processes. 
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English; proficiency in French is a plus
