PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years HR experience (generalist, recruitment, HRIS, HR admin, etc)
- Payroll System familiarity – preferably UKG
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with multi-cultural / international workforce
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience dealing with sensitive data
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
