Contribute to our development:
Your role involves managing HRIS projects as a key component of the HR digitalization strategy. You contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the HR function by overseeing the evolution and performance of both current and new HRIS systems. Your responsibilities include leading and coordinating resources from HR and IT departments, as well as managing the projects to ensure successful implementations worldwide.
Your missions:
- You take charge of leading and managing the HR Information systems, overseeing worldwide tools implementation, defining and controlling budgets, prioritizing resources, and assigning projects within the team.
- Act as key enabler to align the HR strategies about people with the digital solutions, promoting the transversal work and influence.
- You foster a dynamic team environment by enhancing communication and promoting engagement among team members.
- Ensuring the seamless operation and continuous enhancement of HR tools within your scope, you align them with the Group's processes and cater to specific geographical requirements.
- Providing guidance to the HR function in utilizing HR tools and refining HR processes is part of your support role.
- Coordinating HR solution implementation projects across various Group entities involves collaboration with IT teams, external consultants, and HR process owners.
- Developing and presenting KPIs to monitor HR campaigns and project progress aids in performance tracking and optimization.
- You are hands-on in managing and implementing HRIS projects while supporting project leaders in their endeavours.
- Knowledge transfer through the end users and stakeholders training. Able to be part of key HR projects and transformation.
Bring your skills:
With a minimum of 5 years' higher education or equivalent qualification, combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, your experience includes successfully leading and managing HRIS projects, overseeing resources, and implementing reporting mechanisms with a focus on KPIs.
Demonstrated team management experience showcases your ability to effectively lead and motivate teams toward achieving project objectives.
Your aptitude for figures and HRIS ensures accuracy and efficiency in data management and analysis within HR systems.
Your ability to generate proposals and recommendations demonstrates proactive thinking and problem-solving skills.
You thrive in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, adept at collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Traits like initiative, accountability, and agility are integral to your approach, driving you toward excellence in every aspect of your work.
