Human Resource Generalist

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or role or role with equivalent experience. Preferably in a fast-paced organization with an international presence. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related area of study.   
• Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, PHRca 
• Key Skills and Qualifications: 
• Working Collaboratively in a Global Team Environment, Knowledge of labor law/social management/legal matters, Ability to anticipate and be agile,  Strong organization and follow through.
• Core Competencies: Ethics, Problem Solving, Culture and Wellbeing, Interpersonal Skills, Action Orientation, Data Driven, Business Acumen

• Workplace Schedule Type: Onsite
• Position Location: Montebello. Onsite schedule, travel to other sites as needed.
