Key department within Group SEB Global Supply Chain Board, Industrial Efficiency team is a strong industrial & business partner on co-defining and leading strategic end-to-end programs to enable and to deliver :

Industrial Efficiency team, in close connection with Business Units, Purchasing, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, is in charge of :

  • Defining ambitious End-to-End performance programs and facilitating its deployment
  • Co-building & providing methodology, standards/best in class practices and tools to deploy and to ensure adoption and performance maturity growth
  • Executing site diagnostics on demand and co-building action plans to deliver ambitions
  • Training by doing & coaching key business partners
  • Directly leading  key corporate projects and initiatives

 

 

Your role and contribution 

Within the Industrial Efficiency team, your responsibility is to implement best in class organization & industrial team and to improve the performance management maturity to enable site competitivity and flexibility.

 

As a key partner, your role is to

  • Execute site diagnostics and site maturity assessments leveraging OPS methodologies and tools
  • Implement and deploy standard industrial organization
  • Implement group performance management standards (AIC : Animation à Intervalles Courts)
  • Improve the maturity of the performance management (AIC) by coaching and training : with focus on Gemba walks execution
  • Define, propose & implement problem solving methodology
  • Deploy continuous improvement mindset
  • Co-design Learning & Development academy to increase performance management and leadership competencies
  • Guarantee competencies plan execution

Bring your competencies :

  • Proven experience in site or production sector management in industry, and / or human resources (+5 years)
  • Expertise in continuous improvement
  • Strong ability to challenge, to propose new approaches and new ideas
  • Critical skills for success in this role: people-centric, empathy, ownership and creative problem-solving mindset, resilience, excellence in project management and execution, leadership and collaboration, ability to influence internally and externally using data and insights, strong communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office and able to learn to use new internal company software(s)
