IT Business Partner DACH (m/f/d)
What to expect
- Act as a key IT Business Partner for the DACH organization, aligning local commercial needs with global IT strategy and architectures
- Translate business requirements into clear IT demands and ensure seamless integration with commercial and operational systems
- Own and manage the DACH IT project and demand portfolio, including prioitization, business value, timelines and dependencies
- Support the creation of business cases and ensure that IT investments deliver measurable Return on Investment and contribute to defined Objectives and Key Results
- Oversee the lifecycle and rollout of local digital and operational IT initiatives, including coordination of resources
- Evaluate global and regional IT solutions and recommend adoption to support local business functions
- Coordinate roolouts, end-user training and change management to secure strong user adoption and smooth transitions to operations
- Act as Service Owner for local DACH business applications, ensuring stable operations, support, maintenance and continuous improvement,
- Represent DACH priorities in global and regional IT governance bodies and steering committees
- Contribute to a more homogeneous IT environment across the cluster by promoting regionalization and scaling of solutions
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, implementing appropriate security and compliance measures
Ensure adherence to corporate IT guidelines, local legal requirements and industry best practices, including coordination with the German Works Council where required
What you need to succeed with us:
- 5+ years in IT business analysis / IT relationship management / project management or IT consulting, ideally in Consumer Goods, FMCG or Retail
- Proven delivery of digital commerce projects (e-commerce, digital marketing, omni-channel / supply chain)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar; relevant tech experience
- Certifications (e.g. ITIL, BRMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
- Fluent German and English
- Strong stakeholder & relationship management, incl. Senior Business Leaders
- Business-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and coaching ability to support digital transformation and tool adoption
- Confident in negotiation and conflict resolution
Experience with e-commerce and Enterprise Resource Planning architectures (incl. DTC and marketplaces) within a global matrix environment
