NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - ECOMMERCE
PROFILE:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s degree is an asset (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of strategic sales experience among which includes a minimum of 1-year experience dealing within the Amazon (and/or Digital/pureplay) eco-system
- Strong e-commerce knowledge
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Business piloting and monitoring (performance management)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to strive in a fast- paced, results driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate persuasively and precisely across all levels of management, both internal and external with customers and 3P agencies
- Experience in managing EDI, Cross Stock shipments and trained in back-end logistics
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills - including idea generation, conflict management, issue escalation, prioritization, and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills
