PROFILE:
- Manage commercial sales demand (order and forecast) in order to meet customer expectation as a first priority; but also balance with committed inventory value at continental level
- Manage finished goods stock inventory:
- Decrease discontinued stocks and slow moving stock level
- Key performance indicators:
- Customer Service level [To be determinate]
- Average stock ratio (Days)
- Inventory Quality (%)
- Manage continent demand planning Team : Continent logistics coordinators and supply planners
- Establish a strong link with Marketing Dpt. commercial channels and key accounts from each Market
- Define and follow Sales & Supply plan. Anticipate stock according to limited production capacity
- Follow supply plan attainment in collaboration with Business units and suppliers
- Define and set up product allocation.
Follow and communicate Supply Chain key performance indicators
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
BAC + 5 / Engineer or equivalent.
CPIM Training (Certification in Production and Inventory Management)
Fluent in English
MS Office suite and IT Systems skills (SAP).
Supply Chain process (MRP II) knowledge
Group SEB process knowledge: Markets & Business units’ organization.
Team Management and leadership
Ability to convince and for networks. Communication, negotiation. (Link with Markets & Business Units)
Ability to analyze, sense of priorities, global vision, responsiveness
