PROFILE: 

6. MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED: Education and/or Experience The minimum requirements for education and experience are listed below. Consideration will be given to individuals with an equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline. • Minimum of three (3) years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. • Housewares experience preferred. • Knowledge of product design, project management, and manufacturing practices preferred. Communication • Ability to effectively present information in one-to-one and small group situations to employees of the organization. • Ability to listen, convince, persuade and respectively argue (within and outside management). • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, drawings, procedure manuals, memos, etc. • Speaks clearly and persuasively in a positive and negative situation. • Fluent in English. Computer Skills • SAP experience preferred. • Teamcenter or other product lifecycle management (PLM) software experience preferred. • Ability to use basic Microsoft office software and cloud services (spreadsheet, presentation, word processing, project planning, teleconferencing).
