PROFILE:
- Engineering, Business or Purchasing Master’s degree Experience
- At least 10 years of experience, and 5 years in purchasing department Key Success Factors
- Expert in costing and negotiation
- Good level of communication and capacity of influence
- Good team leadership
- Capability of influence
- Comfortable in complex organization charts, and with transversal management
- Seek for continuous improvement to maximize performance and simplify complexity
- Show initiative, accountability, agility, and strategic thinking
- Adaptation capability to the regional cultural framework
