WEB & DIRECT TO CONSUMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER
PROFILE:
You have a degree (Engineering, Masters) in IT or a more general subject (Industry, Commerce, Management etc.) with a specialisation in IT.
You have solid web and e-commerce experience with expertise in web, e-commerce, retail and onmichannel solutions and technologies together with the underlying integration architectures (API, EAI etc.).
You have good experience in project portfolio management, project methodology (Agile and Scrum required) and integrating projects in operation (DevOps, ITIL framework). You know how to work with business units.
You have at least 10 years of successful experience and have already managed teams consisting of project managers, integrators and architects. You are skilled in empowering subordinates, delegating and providing follow-up.
You know how to measure your teams' performance and support them in a continuous improvement framework.
You are independent and able to think ahead and have organisational ability, discipline and a methodical approach. You have strong listening and communication skills.
You are an expert in office and collaboration tools (Office 365 and others).
Your knowledge of English is fluent German would be an added advantage.
The role will involve monthly travel in France and abroad.
