Sales Activation Manager (m/f/d)
Mission
- Close cooperation with the DACH Content Manager, local marketing, and key account managers to ensure the content flow so that every local customer receives the correct and optimized content
- Support and conduct marketing activities in digital communication in collaboration with CH Marketing as well as externally with media and digital agencies
- Activation and control of retail media budget
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monthly KPI analysis (including Google Analytics) and reporting regarding traffic generation and dwell time on our webshops and digital sales partners
- Analyze consumer behavior along the sales funnel to optimize digital campaigns
- Maintain the internal KPI dashboard for digital sales channels (online pure players, own brand webshops, etc.)
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration/Higher Technical Institute with a focus on Digital Marketing / Data Science / Data Analytics
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or content management
- Advantageous: experience in content maintenance and marketing via online pure players such as Galaxus, Brack, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of digital trends and analytical methods
- Fluent in German & English
- Proactive work style, networked thinking, and a good sense of digital metrics
- Good user knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
