SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Main duties:
- Placing and controlling orders to the system
- Monitoring number of delivers
- Organization and monitoring of delivers to the clients
- Operative collaboration with courier and logistic company
- Issue invoices, corrections
- Processing of the complaints and claims
- Explain the expired payments
- Preparation reports for Clients and Key Account Managers
- Conducting electronic archive for audit needs
- Closing of QT
Main skills required:
- university degree
- very good knowledge of English
- knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- at least 1 year of experience
- very good knowledge of Ms Office (especialy Excel & Access)
- high attention to the details, mindfulness and accuracy
- very good interpersonal skills
