PROFILE:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of management and strategic sales experience with large national retailing organizations, preferably in Housewares or Consumer Products sector
- Extensive experience with managing similar accounts as such: Department Stores (ex.: Macy’s, Kohl’s, JC Penney,..) and Hard Discounters; driving impact and results across a variety of categories, levels, and functional groups
- Experience managing sales on Amazon is a big plus
- Experience managing direct reports
- Demonstrable skills leveraging syndicated and account data sources, (e.g. NPD, AC Nielsen, Household Panel, Retail Link), to derive insights and action
- Excellent project management and follow through skills
- Self-driven and Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid expertise with MS Office Suite, (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness/ability to travel 25-35% of the time
