Senior Manager of Technical Sales
What We Will Achieve Together:
The Senior Manager of Technical Sales (SMTS) is responsible for leading and developing a team of Technical Sales Managers (TSM) to support all technical aspects of SEB Professional’s sales and after-sales process. The SMTS works closely with each TSM to track and ensure the success of all field tests, works in the field with the TSM team to provide guidance and mentorship, partners with Sales Leadership to ensure proper representation at major customer meetings, prioritizes customer projects, ensures large scale rollouts are organized and managed effectively, and ensures services are quoted accurately and executed per customer contract.
Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000 plus Bonus up to 15%
Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the TSM Team to ensure projects are effectively prioritized, managed and executed and ensure TSM Team develops and builds constructive relationships with current & potential customers.
Works in partnership with Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing and Product Management teams to capitalize on trends, market insights and voice of the customer to win new business and increase sales.
Works cross-functional to building new procedures and strengthen existing processes to improve customer support.
Provides Product Management with TSM and customer feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
Represents SEB Professional at customer events including field demonstrations, trainings, conventions, etc.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role with equivalent experience managing a sales team. Coffee and/or dispended beverage industry is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related is a plus.
