PROFILE:
- Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of strategic sales experience on a business-to-business sales environment within the consumer product industry, preferably calling on large national accounts
- Experience in working with Canadian Tire is a preferred asset and ability to manage a multi-branded portfolio
- Exposure with selling Cookware, Bakeware, and Kitchen Tools & Gadgets Products would be an asset.
- Strong analytically, specifically with Canadian Tire (CTC) data/reporting
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- PC proficiency with agility to learn new tools and automated systems (MS office, SAP etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to influence others inside and outside the organization (customers, peers, other partners) using data and insights
- Effectively work across functions and as part of a team
