PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of strategic sales experience on a business-to-business sales environment within the consumer product industry, preferably calling on large national accounts
  • Experience in working with Canadian Tire is a preferred asset and ability to manage a multi-branded portfolio
  • Exposure with selling Cookware, Bakeware, and Kitchen Tools & Gadgets Products would be an asset.
  • Strong analytically, specifically with Canadian Tire (CTC) data/reporting
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • PC proficiency with agility to learn new tools and automated systems (MS office, SAP etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others inside and outside the organization (customers, peers, other partners) using data and insights
  • Effectively work across functions and as part of a team
