PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 6-8 years progressive Marketing experience; with at least 5 years at the Product / Brand Manager level
- Experience managing direct reports
- Effective knowledge of P&L
- Ability to implement Omni-channel go-to-market strategies with specific knowledge on digital
- Takes initiative, strong follow-through skills; Enthusiastic
- Detail oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team Player and ability to work cross functionally within the organization (Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Business Unit)
- Strong analytical skills with goal-oriented attitude
