SENIOR RETAIL MEDIA MANAGER

This role is based in Parsippany and is hybrid.
Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and delivering Retail Media strategies across all Online and Omnichannel retailers that Groupe SEB manages in the USA (All-Clad, Rowenta, T-fal, and Krups).
The role closely collaborates with the National Accounts, Product Marketing, Communication, and Management teams to coordinate strategies, align brand priorities, and ensure that our brand strategies are expressed in the Retail space.
To deliver success, a strong collaborative experience is expected internally and externally with cross-functional stakeholders, agency partners, and Retailers.
- Lead and collaborate with Retail Media Agency partners through annual planning, activation, optimization, measurement (campaign level, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual), and other ad-hoc requests as business needs arise. Ensure accountability and delivery of requirements and projects.
- Drive results through rigorous optimizations and ensure all KPIs are exceeding benchmarks.
- Build and support end-to-end planning for our total portfolio across all key accounts utilizing a mix of appropriate tactics that unlock omnichannel conversion/ growth and connect to full-funnel initiatives.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams every week across the Product Marketing and Communications team to translate their product expertise, brand, and social activities into complementary tactics will enhance our media mix and improve our business metrics.
- Continual collaboration and communication every week across the business on what’s working and what is not working and working to pivot our aligned strategies.
- Accountable for Digital Shelf Results (Content, SEO, Advertising, Ratings, and Reviews) on all Online and Omnichannel retailers and collaborates with internal to ensure accuracy in line with Groupe SEB benchmarks.
- Demonstrate hands-on solid expertise in Retail media on Amazon and a deep understanding of the evolving retail media eco-system across key channels (Mass, Specialty, Clubs, eCommerce).
- Be a pivotal part of the eCommerce team and understand how Retail Media can contribute to delivering the top line Sales objectives. Provides on the job always on training in retail media for the team through formal and on-the-job training. Develops best practice internal training guides for the organization.
- Participate in the Global Groupe SEB Retail Media community and share best practices with colleagues from different locales.
Bring your competencies :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of Retail Media experience; 3-5 years at Client or Agency leading strategic planning and activation on Retail Media. CPG experience preferred.
- Must have direct retail media expertise working with Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo platforms.
- Strong familiarity with the Retail Customer/ Vendor Enterprise JBP process and how Retail Media JBP fits into the overall architecture. Experience leading Retail Media JBP negotiations is required
- Previous experience managing a high volume of digital investment across an extensive portfolio of brands (15+ years); full-funnel experience preferred.
- Must have experience developing strategic retail media recommendations and managing investment and activation across digital tactics (ex, Display, Search). Needs to have intimate familiarity with how these programs impact total OMNI campaigns (ex, in-store, promos) and vice versa.
- Needs to be results/ performance driven and can demonstrate past business performance success. Have Strong business and Financial acumen.
- Understand media operations and requirements (Budgets, Reporting, Billing, etc.). Has experience managing budgets of >$10M.
- Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrixed structures.
- Dynamic personality able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator, translating complex digital media concepts into simplified terms that non-media/non-retail stakeholders can understand.
- Collaborative strengths to develop cross-functional relationships with external agencies and platform partners.
- Travel approximately 15% for agency meetings and office based in Parsippany, NJ, at least 3 days per week, preferred.
