SERVICE DIRECTOR

The Service Director will lead and optimize service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves driving both secured and variable revenue growth and sustaining profitability through innovative service solutions. The Service Director will be accountable for delivering the service profit and loss (P&L) against budget, establishing a strong profit centre for service operations that supports the commercial growth of the business.
o Strategic direction and alignment with global strategy. Local adoption and execution of global strategy.
o Accountable for guiding and developing Field Service Area Managers to improve operational performance and achieve profitability targets.
o Foster a proactive culture of continuous improvement across all operations.
o Customer satisfaction, service relationship management and revenue growth.
o Effective collaboration and cooperation with commercial, quality and back-office teams.
o Leadership & team management: Provide day-to-day management and motivation to Field Service, Service Desk, Tech Support and Spare Parts Logistics teams, fostering excellent communication and cooperation between all groups.
o Ensuring process compliance and operational quality assurance.
