SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Background & Purpose of the Job:
Support the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing, logistics management, reporting, ad hoc projects.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Process Optimization: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track operational performance.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Collect data on supply chain operations.
- Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.
- Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
- Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
- Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related operational field.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
General Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced analytical functions. Experience with SQL and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Salary range of $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience.
