Teamlead (m/f/d) Customer Planning

- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Planning (CPC) team
- Defining the priorities of the CPC team in line with the market strategy and company guidelines
- Continuous further development of the team, the processes and working methods as well as the KPIs, in particular the service level for sales campaigns Sales planning
- Developing a high level of customer orientation in the team to better understand customers' needs and priorities
- Managing sales promotions and replenishment planning for the product range, adapted to different channels and strategic customers
- Ensuring the availability of products for sales promotions and customer-relevant items through close collaboration with the supply planning teams
- Defining customer allocations in collaboration with the inventory management team
- Creating transparency for sales with regard to product availability risks and opportunities
- Examination of alternatives for sales in the event of product bottlenecks
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders and passing on valuable customer input to the Demand Planning, Customer Service, Customer Coordination and Distribution departments
What you need to be successful with us
- Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of experience in the areas of customer, supply or demand planning
- Very good knowledge of SAP, reporting tools and QlikSense
- Strong customer focus and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Good leadership skills with a particular focus on employee development, motivation and resilience
- Analytical skills and the ability to create concise and understandable reports
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English
