  • Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or a related commercial role (agency background is a plus).

  • Experience working closely with sales teams, external agencies, and retail partners.

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to work across multiple channels and manage field execution when required.

  • Flexibility to travel and support in-store activations as per business needs.

  • Agility & Adaptability – Responds quickly to market dynamics and changing business needs.

  • Strong Organizational Skills – Manages multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders with high attention to detail.

  • Innovation & Creativity – Develops impactful in-store activations and visibility concepts that drive sell-out.

  • Design Awareness – Supports POSM development and ensures brand consistency across all trade materials.
