Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience (at minimum 10 years) working in Warehouse Department within a leadership or managerial capacity.
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, spare parts/equipment environment with international presence in a multisite network.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead a team effectively.
Deep understanding of customer needs, supply chain networks and ability to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Commercial & Business awareness.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial planning in a logistics or warehousing context.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for warehousing, material handling, and shipping.
SAP & eWM experience preferred.
MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) – advanced level.
